E' da qualche anno che uso le sagre per uscire con mia figlia (20) farle provare dei buoni prodotti freschi e genuini locali e quanto di tipico. A Maletto l'ho conquistata iniziando con dei bei coni alla fragola, conserve ruspanti ed abbiamo finito con una gradevolissima macedonia; il tutto in formati decenti e non mignon. Il bello di andare in giro per gli stand vari e colorati che attraggono gli occhi mentre il naso viene conquistato dagli odori che sono accattivanti. Certo è una questione di gusti non dico che a tutti debba per forza piacere tutto ma, io lo scorso anno ho voluto provare l'arancino alle fragole ed il risotto e pure le crispelle.Sono da provare. nel mentre gli altri paesi etnei mostrano il meglio dei loro prodotti come nelle altre sagre e gli artigiani mostrano le loro produzioni. Davvero bella questa sagra, da visitare come Vizzini, Zafferana, Bronte e non ne ho viste altre
